*This type of coil can fit customer's remelting furnace just like ingot, no need to make any change to the production line that was previously used for ingot. The standard coil size and weight is very suitable for the feed gate of furnace.

*This type of coil causes less material wastage than ingot when remelted.

Q:How much fluorocarbon and polyester paint should be used in production of aluminum coil and aluminum-plastic panel?: The theoretical calculation is very complicated and far from actual result. In general, the manufacturer knows how much area and how thick their products can be painted.

Q:Is it unsafe to use deodorant with aluminum?: aluminum is an antiperspirant so it stops you from sweating. if you don't have a wetness problem you could just use regular deodorant check out Jason's natural products or kiss my face cosmetics

Q:What's up with aluminum foil?: It has to do with the resonance of the microwave radiation with the 'points' on the aluminium foil. We don't think of foil as having 'points'...to us it looks smooth. However, when the microwave bouce around in the oven, they find each and every uneven surface on the foil. In layman's terms, the microwaves 'collide', causing a build-up of charge and energy. You'll notice that many pre-packaged microwave meals contain a 'crisping' area on the cardboard that resembles aluminium. This is a specially treated foil that won't set up a resonance, but instead will concentrate the microwaves in a particular area, causing the food to cook much faster in a small, external area. Aluminium is a solid so how could you accidently get it in your body unless you have been melting it etc? If it wasn't solid it would burn you if you got it on your skin. You can only inhale vapours not a metal. If you ate it then it would probably damage or clog up your insides otherwise just pass out in a stool, depends how much you ate. People eat from aluminium and touch it every day so it is not dangerous to be in contact with.

Q:is aluminium foil good for food packing ?: yes! its completely safe. well untill the food gets rotten its safe to consume food covered in aluminium foil.It doesnt spoil food and it does keep the food hot depending on te temperature of food and the weather outside.

Q:How heavy and long is the aluminum rolling on average?: On average it is 5 or 6 tons, and you can weigh specific ones. The length = weight/(width*thickness*density).
